Hey - you guys should know your history. After the First World War the Germans were heavily restricted as to what they could and could not do technologically. The photos illustrate a cleaver piece of subterfuge to disguise developing high performance racing motorcycles (not allowed) as horse racing (Ok, so long as they didn't beat the French). You won't fail to notice the guys in uniform who seemed to hang around at all these kind of events making sure the riders were always looking happy, repeatedly waving to the crowd with their right arms raised, and that nobody was taking notes or photographs. Happy days!
