Jedd, Late '40's, early '50's when this shot was taken not many riders wore beards. Red scare era. This scofflaw must have been one of the new "cool kats". Coffee houses, beats, Frisco/NY village scene, jazz, poetry. Note no license plate and rather large open exhaust pipe. I rest my case. Swinging DaddyO.
