Jedd, That #54 you see behind the Vincent is Harlod Ball's Triumph from here in Sacramento. He's still with us and used to have a shop down on 16th St. Also raced on the salt flats after the war. He always had the shiniest and chromed up Truimph's in town. He also used to do well in the hare and hound races put on by the old Fort Sutter M/C here in town. Flat tracked some too.
