Jedd, I'll go out on a limb here but that my friend appears to be a 1940 WLDR. Brakes on both ends, emblem on full size tanks, and magneto. My friend Dave is restoring it's twin as we speak. I've rode one. Nastiest street 45 HD on this earth 30 to 90 in top gear like NOW. Awesome machine. Cams for days and it's like a 61" upper end. WR's are rad but not for the street like these were built for to get them past the AMA rules for racing in the late 30's. Thanks for including the photo of my truck that's sitting in front of my garage door. You changed it from light green to blue. Good photoshop skills.
