Jedd, those are B&H Shifters. Completely different than Speed-E-Shifters.
Cleaner linkage wise, and friendlier set up user wise. I believe the Speedy Shifts automatically banged the clutch with gear changes. Also, B&H had a mouse trap before H-D.
