Knuckle, 4 valve, open drive train racer

This was one of the more interesting motors I saw at El Camino. I'm not totally sure of the motor, but it appears to have a Knuckle top end and an earlier bottom end. Talk amongst yourselves and let me know. Doc Sprocket I'm sure you know this bike it's from your neck of the woods.

Jedd, never layed eyes on it before but it looks like Vince Martinico's trailer and he could have brought it home from Davenport. You never known what he'll show up with. I sent you some photos a while ago that shows this same setup but it might have been on a two-cam lower(B&W). Ballack caps on the tanks, check the special float bowl on the linkert, and the elimination of the rocker boxes to comensate for the push rod angle difference. Too cool!

Lucky, Dave may know more than I do. I know they were produced in the Fresno/Bakerfield area as industrial motors and I believe they were water cooled? I've seen them in early midget's and there was an article in the original Earlyriders mag by Easyrider magazine.
