This is a heavily modified scoot. Wheel disk, chrome forks and lotsa cho chads. Even got a buddy seat, but where are the fenders. Perhaps out for paint.
Jedd, that thing is nutts. I believe the tanks are chrome too. Check the tru-duals that go behind the trans instead of in front of the oil tank. Two dark pipe outlines on the farside and two pipes on this side. Whoa!
I forgot to add that he probally uses that huge skirt on his seat as the rear fender. Sort of like the guys do now on track style machines. Ahead of his time no doubt. Were you ever able to get that stuff to Dave?
i would say this guy is running with out fenders period. the oil bag, toolbox, front down tubes, head lamp, rear bar, are all chromed out. this bike is finished!

I haven't gotten it to him yet. For some reason we keep flaking on each other. I haven't forgotten. I promise I'll get it to him soon.

The buddy seat with no rear fender is a great look... don't think I've ever seen a period photo like that before.
Fenders? We don't need no stinkin' fenders.
