Is this Camp Roberts? Photo appears to be a miltary camp with
that Jeep in the background and the
blackout tailight on the bike.
Blind Melon
Actually Blind Melon from left to right the first two are military Indian Scouts, third is a military Indian Chief, and the forth is another military Indian Scout w/sidecar attached. Dollar to a donut those four young riders are all Uncle Sam's finest. Attention! At ease soldier.
Not sure if it's Camp Roberts or not, but it does look like it.
