Looking a little closer, I just noticed the hitch on the back of the bike. I wonder what he was carrying around on that trailer.
It's his work bike, and these modern baggers and "wingers" thought they invented it! Trailers that is. Way cool!

As DR. Sprocket states this guy most likely used a trailer to get his tools or a bunch of planks along, not to carry some oversized tent and an electric aggregate to be able to use a TV & stereo when going "camping".
