A little help...wanted

Our friend Yorg is looking for these bars. They have internal throttle and spark advance in the picture, but I think he only needs internal throttle. They look to me to be Hellings and Stellings or Flanders. Any thoughts and does anyone have a pair for sale. If so let us know so we can help out our friend in Greece.

Looks like early XLCH bars to me...

Those appear to be two piece harly bars that someone narrowed in the center the ones shown are internal throttle only the left side takes a grip. These were used on sporsters and also 65 and up to early 70's FLs. Each side slips into the center clamp and that tightens down I will check the attic and send a picture.

Now that you mention it I agree. I ran outside and looked at my 57 Sporty. The bar ends look the same but they seem narrower in the center. easily obtained as they are already two piece bars. Yorg depending on the risers you are using on your bike, you will most likely have to weld a pair together.

They're not narrowed, it's the type of bend thats called "Laconia". Have never seen them mounted "stock" on anything but CH's & KR*s. Beautiful bars, got pics if you'd like.

Check the factory photos and ads. H-D also used these bars on '71 super glides.
