Best I can research "Richard G Pharo" was a doctor or an actor in the 1959 film Road Racers. If you know anything about Mr Pharo please let me know.

Notice that it was the American Motorcycle Association back then. It wasn't until 1976 that they changed the name, to reflect the group's shift in focus from the motorcycle industry (manufacturers and importers) to motorcycle riders.
