A little help.

This Motor Maid is sitting upon a cool bike, but I'm having problems telling what it is. I'm thinking it's a 1932 Triumph Panhead. Any thoughts?

I used to have a '32 Triumph Panhead. That's definitely what it is. The skirted fenders aren't original though.

As usual your spot on. No fooling you. I really like those rare aftermarket emblems on the tank even though they're not P.C. today. Those Englishmen sure know how to build a lightweight machine for putting around those hedgerows.

Note the valanced fenders. Likely a early forties or post war 80 c.i. Webley-Vickers

Ummmmm. This was just a test to see if anyone was still looking at the blog. Haven't heard from anyone in while. Just wanted to see if everyone was still alive. Obviously I know it's really a 1972 Iron head sportster.

We're all here, all the time, just looking over your shoulder. Hope to see you at Dixon. I'll be there this year. Ride back east isn't till Sept. this year. Wish Chris could make Dixon too. I'm right in the middle of moving for the first time in 30 years. It will be the last. Where did all this stuff come from?

Your blog is still a regular stop for me. Love the '32 Panhead photo, first one of those bikes I've seen since Grandpa traded the one he had for a new pair of jodhpurs in '56.
