I heard that right after this picture was taken he got off his Excelsior, kicked over all the big twins and sped off into the sunset.

Info Wanted

I'm looking for any info on this bike, Schaller Cams or Irwin Lee. This bike was from the central valley of California and raced at Bonneville beating records, but not getting in the books for various reasons. It ran in 1949. Anything would help. Thanks.

For Sale 1957 Harley Davidson Sportster

I am offering up for sale my 1957 Harley Davidson Sportster. This bike is 90% complete. It runs and drives just fine with only 2000 miles on a rebuilt motor. It just needs a few finishing touches ie the speedometer, nacelle switches and a few other small details. This bike is a mild custom so I don't want anyone to get the impression it is any where near a 100 point restoration, it's just a nice clean custom. It runs very strong. Has a magneto and is 12 volt. I want $10,000 for the bike and am not really open to offers. If you are interested or want more pics, just email the Wingnuts.

Dixon...A review of the show and swap

Hey all! We just got back from Dixon and had a great time. The FT Sutter Chapter of the AMCA couldn't have put on a nicer show. Friendly folks that took good care of us. It was a no hassle event with no parking Nazis, no camping Nazis and most importantly no swap meet Nazis. The swap meet was good, not huge but very good. Wes and Jeff did quite alright. I took home a trophy for "period modified" class, which was a pleasant surprise. There were some cool bikes up there. Not too many bobbers or choppers. Mostly stock and a few old race bikes. Met some really nice people and got to put a few faces together with emails. We'll be posting some pictures over the next few days, so keep and eye out.

Bob McMillen Revisited

This is a picture of our friend Bob. I met Bob a year or so ago through he blog site. Bob was a Yellow Jacket in the 40's and a all around good guy. We've spoke several times over the last year and I finally get to meet him this weekend. On our way back from Dixon, we plan to stop in a see Bob and hear some stories. You can't put a price on that.

Smoke em if you got em

Those sure look like military barracks to me. You think he's hiding his bike in his foot locker?
