Wing Nuts Sweep Grand National Roadster Show!

Congradulations to Chopper Dave and Wes on their wins at the Grand National Roadster Show. Chopper Dave won 1st in his class with his S&S powered Wedge motor in the "Secret Weapon." He also won an engineering award well deserved. He is a fabrication freak. Wes won 1st in his class with his crazy WL 60's show bike. He also took home a "best use of color" award for Nick O Teen's crazy paint job that the little flattie adorns. there is some preety neat engineering going on in that bike as well. (Chopper Dave owns and operates Chopper Daves Casting Company in Long Beach, CA. Wes owns and operates Four Aces Cycle Supply in Pacoima, CA) Thanks again guys the bike are great, I'll post pics later (even though neither are bobbers ;)

Class C Hero!

Bobber Show

I've gotten some positive response on us putting together a bobber, period custom, etc show and ride. We are shooting for early spring. Please pass the word and have people check out our blog and leave feedback as to who might be interested. A few of our members (Wes and Chopper Dave) have bikes in the Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, so they have been busy prepping for it. After it's over we will start planning our little show.
Thanks

Hey Dal thanks for the feed back. I tried to get a look at you bike on your profile, but the pic is so small. Do you have a blog? I'd like to get a better look at the bike.

Nailed it........

Helmet optional

The Wing Nuts Motorcycle Club would like to put together a ride in Los Angeles. Just for fun...no profit..no charities. Just want to get the old bikes together. The ride would be limited to pre 1958 bobbers, customs (period) and race bikes. If there is an interest let us know. We still will do it even without you, but the more the merrier! Leave some feedback if you have any ideas.
